Living in a world and a nation filled with trials and with a chaotic political landscape, it is easy to find yourself in a state of discontentment. However, it is in these moments when we must lean on the sufficiency of God our Father. Afterall, Paul tells us in 2 Corinthians 12:9 that he asked the Lord to remove a thorn in his flesh three times, but each time the Lord said NO. Instead, Paul said, the Lord said, "My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness." This is a powerful reminder to us that no matter what we are going through, no matter what evils are trying to discourage and defeat us, we are not alone because God is with us even in the lowest pit and in our darkest hour.
